Useful thinking. Held to a standard.
How we research, write, review, and correct what we publish. Observations, estimates, and experience, with the context they deserve.
Experience before generalisation
We distinguish direct Edifio project experience from third-party research. Case studies should identify the work performed and avoid implying that a concept project is a client commission.
Claims need context
Prices, timelines, percentages, performance results, and product outcomes should include a source, measurement window, methodology, or clear statement that they are planning ranges rather than universal benchmarks.
AI content remains accountable
AI tools may support research or drafting, but published material is reviewed for factual fit, customer usefulness, unsupported claims, and confidentiality before it is presented as Edifio guidance.
Commercial relationships stay visible
Client statements, owned products, partner acknowledgements, and independent third-party reviews are different forms of evidence. We do not label first-party testimonials as independently verified reviews.
Corrections are part of publishing
Material errors should be corrected in the page, not hidden. Readers can report a factual issue to team@edifio.tech with the page URL and supporting detail.
