We collect the following types of personal data:

• Contact form data: Name, email address, phone number, and project details you submit through our contact forms or popups.
• Chatbot conversations: Messages you exchange with our AI chatbot, including questions and shared information.
• Job applications: Name, email, phone number, location, résumé, work links, and any note you choose to send. Promptly AI Pvt Ltd uses these details to review your application and contact you about the role.
• First-party analytics: Session ID, device type, browser, referrer URL, UTM parameters and the pages and sections you view, stored on our own servers without cookies.
• Analytics and advertising data (only with your consent): Pages visited, clicks, scrolling, approximate location, device and browser details, and anonymised session replays, collected by Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity; and, if you allow marketing cookies, whether you arrived from one of our Meta ads and whether you sent us an enquiry. When you submit a brief with marketing consent, we send Meta a hashed (irreversibly encoded) copy of your email address, phone number and name so the enquiry can be matched to the ad you saw — never the content of your brief. Form fields are masked in session replays.

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure database hosting, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We notify affected users within 72 hours in the event of a data breach, in compliance with applicable laws.
