IThe ground

The brief.

StartIndia brings company registration, GST, ROC filings, income tax and trademark work together for Indian founders and small businesses. Behind the customer experience sits a team of professionals who fulfil every order, so the platform had to serve customers, staff, administrators and referral partners — and make it obvious, at every step, what is happening with a filing.

IIThe plan

Our response.

We built four Next.js frontends — the customer app and marketing site, a staff case console, an admin console and a partner portal — on a NestJS API with PostgreSQL, Redis and BullMQ. Customers browse a deep service catalogue, request quotations with live chat and branded PDFs, pay through Razorpay, upload documents to S3 with virus scanning and track every order to completion. An AI Compliance Wizard and an agentic compliance assistant help founders work out what they need, a deadline engine keeps a compliance calendar, and seven free tools — from a GST calculator to EMI, SIP and FD calculators — are open to everyone.
