Build, Build + Operate, or Full Partner: choosing a product partnership.

Most software fails after launch, not before it. The three engagement models we offer, what each one is for, and the honest test for which one your product needs.

Build, Build + Operate, or Full Partner: choosing a product partnership.

Founders usually ask us "what does it cost to build X?" The better question is "what happens to X after it ships?" — because that answer decides which kind of partnership you actually need.

We offer three. They are not tiers of generosity; they are answers to three different situations.

Build — for the founder with a clear thesis

From ₹1L, one-time. Discovery and research, a focused first release on one platform, research-led enhancements, and 30 days of post-launch care.

Build is right when you have a specific idea to test and the capacity — or the plan — to run the product yourselves after it exists. You get the code, the IP, the documentation, and a team that answers the phone for a month.

The honest fit test: do you know who will answer support tickets on day 31? If yes, Build. If the question makes you uncomfortable, keep reading.

Build + Operate — for the product that must keep moving

Build cost plus ₹30K+/month. Everything in Build, plus a dedicated operations lead, a customer care team, and monthly reporting.

Most products do not fail at launch. They fade after it: bugs linger, content goes stale, nobody watches the funnel, and the second release never ships because everyone went back to their day jobs. Build + Operate exists because "we will handle it ourselves" is the most expensive sentence in software.

You should choose it when the product is or will become a core business system — when a week of neglect is measurable in money.

Full Partner — for the company betting on the product

Custom: retainer or revenue share. A dedicated product lead owning your roadmap, creative and growth support, quarterly strategy reviews. We stop being a vendor and become the product team.

Full Partner fits founders building a meaningful company around the product who want senior product leadership without building a ten-person team in year one.

The test we give founders

Three questions:

  1. Who runs operations the month after launch?
  2. What does the product need to become in a year?
  3. What can you honestly give it yourself?

Choose the partnership that matches your answers, not your budget's optimism.

Whatever you choose, the terms are transparent, the IP is yours, and the pricing is on our website — because a partnership that starts with a maze ends with one too.
