The brief.
Khelpath, a product by Sarcare Marketing Private Limited, set out to give Indian athletes — established, retired and upcoming — one place to be discovered, verified and connected with opportunities, alongside the resource providers, brands and tournament organizers who work with them. It needed a mobile app in the languages athletes actually speak, identity checks people can trust, contracts that can be signed online, and payments.
Our response.
We built a Flutter app for Android and iOS, a Next.js public website, a Next.js admin dashboard and a NestJS API. Athletes build profiles, discover jobs, funding, tournaments, brand partnerships and mentorship, and chat in real time. Identity is verified with Aadhaar OCR and face verification with liveness detection, contracts are e-signed through Leegality, and payments run on Razorpay with verified webhooks. The app speaks nine Indian languages, and an OAuth-protected MCP server lets athletes bring their sports context into AI assistants.
