The Challenge

The Indian market lacked a unified AI platform where users could access 300+ AI tools — from resume builders and image generators to video creators, logo designers, content writers, and code generators — all under one subscription. Most existing solutions were fragmented, expensive, and not tailored for Indian users. Promptly AI needed a scalable platform that could onboard new AI capabilities weekly, handle flexible credit-based billing, and deliver a seamless experience across all tools.

The Solution

We built Promptly AI as a full-stack Next.js platform with 300+ integrated AI tools, a unified credit system, real-time collaboration features, and intelligent assistants. The platform supports flexible subscriptions, usage analytics, and rapid tool onboarding — all optimized for the Indian market with regional pricing and payment methods.

Our Approach

How We Did It

Modular AI Tools Architecture

Designed a micro-service architecture where each AI tool is a standalone module. New tools can be added weekly without affecting existing functionality. Integrated multiple AI providers (OpenAI, Stable Diffusion, Claude, etc.) behind a unified API gateway.

Credit-Based Billing System

Built a flexible credit system allowing users to access all 300+ tools with unified billing. Implemented subscription tiers, pay-as-you-go options, usage analytics dashboards, and automated top-up flows with Razorpay and Stripe.

Real-Time Collaboration

Added real-time collaboration features — shared workspaces, team credit pools, collaborative document editing, and permission management — enabling teams to work together across AI-generated content.

Indian Market Optimization

Tailored the platform for Indian users with UPI and Razorpay integration, regional pricing in INR, Hindi language support, and lightweight mobile-optimized interfaces for users on slower networks.
